What wonderful and great ideas to eat a great and healthy meal!
So sorry about your dog. I lost one of mine in May. I waited a month and adopted another. I needed to fill that void. I think dogs make great travel companions and I would encourage you to get another if you feel the loss and the need. If not, happy travels! :)
Good for you to be able to stay home with your children and it sounds like you have your hands full.Enjoy those children! They grow so fast. My daughters are 35 and 23 and I really miss the days when they were babies.
I have been married for 37 years and have two daughters. I also have two wonderful little dogs. I walk every day for exercise and mental therapy. I love to listen to the birds and visit with people I meet along the way. When the weather is really nice I also like to ride my bike. I read and play Dreamfields on my computer in my spare time. I also enjoy crafting.
Sounds delicious! It's so easy and I can have one of my favorite kinds of food, pumpkin, for breakfast. I think I'll try this recipe soon.
I love the holidays and would hate to give up my favorite holiday meals. So I continue with the traditional foods but I do cut back on portion size. My family appreciates the wonderful food and I don't feel deprived. I just take a smaller plate and put a little of everything on my plate until it's full. Then for desert I slice my piece of pie just a little bit smaller then the others. It works for me and hope it works for others.
I have been telling my husband this for years. This idea helped me to lose weight. I have a hard time giving up what I love to eat so yes this works. Eat smaller portions. And I eat several small meals throughout the day not the typical 3 big ones a day.
